The long, cold winter months are (finally) drawing to a close and the hope of lighter nights and sunshine-filled weekends is on the horizon. If there’s one place that knows how to celebrate spring, it’s our very own blossom-adorned spot, The Florist!

And just in time for those brighter, mild mornings, we've launched a NEW brunch menu, packed with fresh flavours and seasonal ingredients.

Start your day off in style, with speciality toasted sourdough, topped with a variety of different options including bresaola and warm asparagus with poached egg, smashed artichoke and Parmesan; prosciutto and burrata with melon, finished with red chicory and citrus pomegranate dressing; and crowd-pleasing smashed avocado with roast vine tomato and roquito pearls.

Or, enjoy our take on the classic full English, The Full Florist, with Cumberland sausage, bacon, roast vine tomato, mushroom, baked beans and sourdough toast, with a choice of fried or poached egg. Vegetarian and vegan diners can enjoy The Veggie Full Florist, including vegan sausages, mini hash browns, roast vine tomato, mushroom, baked beans and sourdough toast with a choice of fried or poached egg or scrambled tofu.

Those with a sweet tooth haven’t been forgotten either! The superfruit maple waffle, which is topped with whipped raspberry ripple cream and fresh berries, is photo-worthy.  Brunch favourites such as Eggs Benedict, Eggs Royale and Shakshuka with baked eggs and toasted sourdough complete the impossible-to-choose menu.

Want to level up your brunch? Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or just fancy some bubbles, our bottomless drinks upgrade is available for an extra £25 per person. Choose between Bloody Mary, Aperol Spritz, Prosecco or House Lager and enjoy unlimited drinks for 90 minutes whilst dining.
