The safety of all who enter The Florist is paramount, therefore, we have partnered with industry-leading health and safety experts to ensure that we have all of the correct and best measures in place to make our venues the safest they can be and in line with government and scientific guidelines. Some of our additional safety measures include:

- Increased cleaning schedules
- Hand sanitiser dispenser stations
- Contactless payments

- Monitoring capacity levels
- Encouraging staff to wear masks
Below are some answers to your key questions…
Q: Can I make a group booking?
Yes, we are now able to take group bookings once again from any number of households. You can make a group booking here.
Q: How do I rearrange if I or one of the group are isolating?
We understand that plans change or you may be required to self-isolate*, so if you do need to rearrange your booking our team will be happy to help. Bookings up to 7 guests can simply rearrange via the link in the booking confirmation email, and groups of 8+ can do this by contacting the venue directly on Facebook, email or phone.
Q: What are the symptoms that mean we shouldn’t visit?
Please don’t enter the building if you have any of the following:
A high temperature
Loss or change in your sense of taste/smell
And/or new persistent cough
